SHIPPING & RETURNS

We average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:
  • Express (U.S. & International): 3-5 business days
  • Premium (U.S. & International): 4-7 business days
  • Economy (U.S. Only): 7-10 business days

Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our center, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore Signify Bedstuy cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated.

*For Home Goods, please allow up to 7 business day production.

International Shipping

It's recommended to use Express or Premium for the best shipping experience. International shipments must use Express or Premium where US orders will have the option to use Economy (excludes US territories, Alaska & APO addresses).

Please contact us at dell@signifybedstuy.com with your provided tracking number if items do not arrive after 2-3 weeks of your purchase.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted; however, the customer must incur the shipping charges to and from.You must contact us via e-mail (dell@signifybedstuy.com) within 7 business days of receiving the item.

Once we give instructions regarding the return, the returned item must be shipped within 14 business days of delivery in order to get a full refund/replacement. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are allowed if the order has not yet shipped. If the order is shipped, we can issue a refund only when the package is returned back to us in the same condition as it was sent. We can only issue refunds within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days from the purchase, we can only issue store credit.  In all other cases, we can issue store credit.

ORDERING

In the event that we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will contact you and let you know what options you have. Options include selecting a different size, color, or design for the equal amount of the purchased item, or we can issue store credit to your account for the amount of the purchased item.
